Baidyanath sootshekhar ras no. 1
In Ayurveda, dosha imbalance related to excess body heat is linked with aggravated Pitta. Improper diet and lifestyle habits may lead to symptoms such as heartburn, acidity, digestive discomfort and burning sensations in the body. Ayurvedic texts describe specific formulations made with cooling and balancing ingredients to help manage these conditions naturally.
Baidyanath Sutshekhar ras with gold is a classical Ayurveda formulation mentioned in the sacred pages of Siddha Yoga Sangraha. In the ancient texts, it is mentioned simply as Sutshekhar, but popularly known as Sutshekhar Ras No 1.
