BodyStop — Refund & Return Policy Last updated: May 2026

At BodyStop, every product is carefully verified for authenticity, packaging, and expiry before dispatch. Due to the nature of Ayurvedic medicines and health supplements, all sales are generally final. However, we honor the following exceptions to ensure your trust.

Eligibility for Replacement

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or tampered product
  • You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@bodystop.in or +91 96949 39939.
  2. Share your order number, a clear photo/video of the issue, and the unopened product seal (where applicable).
  3. Our team will verify and approve the replacement within 2–3 business days.
  4. Approved replacements will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Products without original packaging or seal
  • Items reported after the 48-hour window
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer

Refunds

  • We generally do not offer cash refunds.
  • In rare cases where replacement is not possible (out of stock or discontinued), we may offer:
    • Store credit valid for 6 months, OR
    • A refund to original payment method within 7–10 business days

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us immediately.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
