What are the uses of Amystop G?

Aimil Amystop G capsule is an Ayurvedic medicine made to bring excessive bleeding under control. It helps when periods are very heavy, when a pad needs changing every hour or two, or when periods last more than 7 days. By amount, abhrak bhasma, made from mica, comes first. Purified lac and rasaut come next. With regular use, the blood vessels get stronger and the extra bleeding stops in time.

• There are no hormones in it. So women who don't want to take hormone pills for heavy periods can use it.
• Benefits: Wounds heal faster with it. It also has plenty of natural antioxidants, and these keep the body's cells from getting damaged.
• Indications: Also used when bleeding happens on days other than the period days, for example a week or two after the period has ended.
• Dosage: When the bleeding is heavy, take 2 to 3 capsules three times a day. For mild bleeding, or bleeding that has gone on for months, the dose is 1 to 2 capsules three times a day. Take each dose half an hour after food.
• Side Effects: No harmful effect is known at the normal dose. If a rash or itching shows up, stop taking it.
• Heavy bleeding month after month can bring haemoglobin down and leave a woman tired. Aimil Amyron Syrup is often taken along with it to make up the loss.
• Keep a count of how many pads you use each day. It shows clearly whether the flow is coming down.

Each capsule of about 660 mg has 475 mg of active ingredients:

• Abhrak Bhasam (processed mica ash): 100 mg
• Laksha Sudh (purified lac): 50 mg
• Rasaunt (rasaut, made from daruhaldi stem): 50 mg
• Chanderkala Ras (Ayurvedic mineral medicine): 40 mg
• Pradarari Loh (iron based Ayurvedic medicine): 20 mg
• Kamdudha Rasa, Sada (Ayurvedic medicine, plain type without pearl): 20 mg
• Pradarantaka Ras (Ayurvedic mineral medicine): 20 mg
• Vasa (adusa leaf extract): 20 mg
• Kukkutandatavak Bhasam (hen's eggshell ash): 20 mg
• Sonageru Sudh (purified red chalk, geru): 20 mg
• Phitkadi Sudh (purified alum, phitkari): 20 mg
• Trivang Bhasam (ash of tin, lead and zinc): 15 mg
• Vang Bhasam (tin ash): 15 mg
• Nagkesar (flower stamens of the nagkesar tree): 15 mg
• Jujubee (ber fruit): 15 mg
• Yastimadhu (mulethi root): 15 mg
• Jahar Mohara Pishti (finely ground zahar mohra stone): 10 mg
• Khoon Kharaba (dark red resin from a climbing palm): 10 mg

The whole mix is processed in a boiled liquid of Dadim (pomegranate rind), Guduchi (giloy stem), Hirabol (myrrh gum) and Mochras (gum of the semal tree). The rest of the capsule weight is base material, with a little preservative to keep it fresh.

How These Ingredients Control the Bleeding

• Lac and phitkari act fast. They tighten the small blood vessels, and the bleeding slows down.
• Khoon kharaba helps the blood clot. Vasa helps with this too. Rasaut makes the tiny vessels narrow, so less blood leaks out.
• Nagkesar is for weak vessel walls. It repairs the damage and makes them firm again.
• Chanderkala Ras, Pradarantaka Ras and Kamdudha Rasa are also sold as medicines on their own. Each one cools the body and helps control heavy periods.
• Abhrak bhasma, Pradarari Loh, the eggshell ash and the tin ashes add minerals like iron, calcium and zinc.
• Mulethi and ber calm sore and swollen tissue inside the body.
