For cough and respiratory issues:
Baidyanath Moti Bhasma may be taken with Praval Bhasma (125 mg) and Chyawanprash.

It should be administered with:
- Sitopaladi Churna
- Durva juice and sugar candy for bleeding disorders
- Amla Murabba
For brain health and improving intellect:
Moti Bhasma should be taken with:
- Brahmi Ghrita
- Saraswatarishta after meals for immediate benefit
For insomnia:

- Swarnamakshik Bhasma

These are advised to be taken with Chyawanprash.
For Severe Hiccups:
Baidyanath Moti Bhasma mixed with Swarna Bhasma, Tamra Bhasma and Kanta Loha Bhasma may be given with lemon juice.
During Teething in Children
For fever, diarrhea and weakness during teething in children, Mouktik Bhasma is advised with Rasa Sindoor.
For Improving Eyesight:
Moti Bhasam should be taken with Triphala Ghrita
For Nervousness and Palpitations:
It is beneficial when taken morning and evening with Arjuna Ghrita, followed by Arjunarishta after meals.
For General Weakness:
The following combination is highly strengthening:

- Makaradhwaj - 60 mg

- Jeeha Bhasma - 60 mg

These should be licked with Butter and Mishri or honey, followed by a cup of lukewarm milk.
