गोखरू काढ़ा किन समस्याओं में उपयोगी है?
धूतपापेश्वर गोखरू काढ़ा मूत्र त्यागने में होने वाली समस्याओं को कम करने के लिए बनाया गया एक आयुर्वेदिक टॉनिक है। यह तब उपयोगी होता है जब मूत्र रुक-रुक कर आता है, मूत्राशय कभी पूरी तरह खाली महसूस नहीं होता और निचले पेट में भारीपन रहता है। गोखरू, एक काँटेदार फल, छह अन्य जड़ी-बूटियों के साथ बराबर मात्रा में मिलाया जाता है। उनमें से एक पश्याणभेदा नामक पहाड़ी पौधे की जड़ है। नियमित सेवन से मूत्र का प्रवाह सुचारू होता है और भारीपन कम होता है।
मुख्य तथ्य:
- सामग्री — दर्भा और कशा, दो जंगली घासों की जड़ें हैं, दोनों ही मूत्र मार्ग के लिए उपयोग की जाने वाली ठंडी जड़ी-बूटियाँ हैं। धनवयासा एक छोटा काँटेदार पौधा है जो सूखी भूमि पर उगता है, और यह शरीर की गर्मी को कम करता है। आमलतास का गूदा और हरितकी आंतों की गतिशीलता बनाए रखते हैं।
- यह एक काढ़ा है। जड़ी-बूटियों को पानी में तब तक उबाला जाता है जब तक कि गाढ़ा काढ़ा न रह जाए। घर पर बना काढ़ा उसी दिन पी लिया जाता है। यह बोतलबंद काढ़ा अलग है। उबालने के बाद इसमें धतकी के फूल डाले जाते हैं और इसे फर्मेंट होने के लिए छोड़ दिया जाता है, इसलिए इसमें अपने आप थोड़ी मात्रा में अल्कोहल बन जाती है।
- लाभ — गोखरू शरीर को सामान्य से अधिक मूत्र त्यागने में मदद करता है। यह अतिरिक्त प्रवाह मूत्र मार्ग को साफ करता है और शरीर को अतिरिक्त नमक और पानी से छुटकारा पाने में मदद करता है।
- संकेत — मूत्र त्यागते समय जलन या दर्द, और केवल जोर लगाने पर मूत्र आने की समस्या के लिए दिया जाता है।
- खुराक — दिन में दो बार 10 से 20 मिली, जो 2 से 4 चम्मच के बराबर है। पीने से पहले इसे बराबर मात्रा में गुनगुने पानी के साथ मिलाएं।
- दुष्प्रभाव — अधिकांश लोग इसे बिना किसी परेशानी के लेते हैं। सामान्य खुराक से बहुत अधिक सेवन करने पर दस्त या पेट खराब हो सकता है। इसे गर्भावस्था या स्तनपान के दौरान नहीं दिया जाता है।
- किडनी के लिए धूतपापेश्वर सर्वतोभद्र्रा वटी लेने वाले लोगों को अक्सर सादे पानी के बजाय इस काढ़े के साथ गोली निगलने के लिए कहा जाता है।
- दिन भर पानी अक्सर पिएं। और जब इच्छा हो, तो जाएं। लंबे समय तक मूत्र को रोकने से समस्या और बिगड़ती है।
