खदिरारिष्ट के क्या उपयोग हैं?
धूतापापेश्वर खदिरारिष्ट एक आयुर्वेदिक टॉनिक है, जिसे त्वचा रोगों को ठीक करने और रक्त को शुद्ध करने के लिए बनाया गया है। यह चेहरे पर होने वाले मुहांसों, बार-बार होने वाले फोड़ों और खुजली वाली त्वचा में मदद करता है। यह मुख्य रूप से खैरे की लकड़ी से बना है, वही पेड़ जिससे पान में इस्तेमाल होने वाला कत्था मिलता है। इसमें देवदार की लकड़ी भी समान मात्रा में मिलाई जाती है। नियमित सेवन से खुजली कम होती है और फोड़े कम बार होते हैं।
मुख्य तथ्य:
- सामग्री — बाबची एक जड़ी-बूटी है जिसका उपयोग त्वचा पर सफेद धब्बों के लिए किया जाता है। दारू हल्दी लालिमा और सूजन को कम करती है। हरड़, बहेड़ा और आंवला, ये तीनों त्रिफला फल, पेट को साफ रखते हैं।
- यह एक अरिष्ट है, जिसका अर्थ है कि इसे पहले उबाला जाता है और उसके बाद किण्वित किया जाता है। दोनों लकड़ियाँ, बाबची, दारू हल्दी और त्रिफला फलों को पानी में एक साथ उबाला जाता है। उसके बाद किण्वन शुरू करने के लिए धैई के फूल मिलाए जाते हैं, साथ ही पिप्पली, लौंग, जायफल, इलायची, दालचीनी, तेजपत्ता, नागकेसर और कबाबचीनी का थोड़ा-थोड़ा पाउडर मिलाया जाता है। फिर इसे लगभग एक महीने तक सील करके रखा जाता है। इस दौरान इसमें थोड़ी मात्रा में अल्कोहल बनता है, और बाहर से कोई अल्कोहल नहीं मिलाया जाता।
- लाभ — बार-बार होने वाली त्वचा की समस्याओं में मदद करता है, जैसे एक्जिमा, सोरायसिस और दाद, जिसमें त्वचा सूखी, पपड़ीदार या धब्बेदार हो जाती है। यह तब भी दिया जाता है जब खुजली और पपड़ीदार सिर की त्वचा के कारण बाल झड़ते हैं।
- संकेत — पेट में कीड़े, गैस और पेट फूलने, एनीमिया, तली हुई प्लीहा और त्वचा के नीचे बनने वाले छोटे-छोटे गांठों के लिए दिया जाता है। यह खांसी और सांस लेने में कठिनाई में भी मदद करता है।
- खुराक — 10 से 20 मिली, यानी 2 से 4 चम्मच, दिन में दो बार। पीने से पहले इसे समान मात्रा में गुनगुने पानी के साथ मिलाएं।
- दुष्प्रभाव — सामान्य खुराक पर अधिकांश लोगों को कोई परेशानी नहीं होती। इसे पानी के बिना पीने या बताई गई खुराक से अधिक लेने पर पेट और छाती में जलन हो सकती है। गर्भवती महिलाओं को इससे दूर रहना चाहिए।
- जब त्वचा बार-बार संक्रमित होती रहती है और फोड़ों में मवाद भर जाता है, तो अक्सर इसके साथ बैद्यनाथ गंधक रसायन लिया जाता है।
- इसे लेते समय तली हुई और खट्टी चीजों का सेवन कम करें, और रात को दही न खाएं। एक ही भोजन में मछली और दूध का सेवन बिल्कुल न करें, क्योंकि आयुर्वेद के अनुसार यह मिश्रण त्वचा की समस्याओं को और बिगाड़ता है।
