दशमूलारिष्ट के क्या उपयोग हैं?
धूतापापेश्वर दशमूलारिष्ट प्रसव के बाद होने वाली कमजोरी और बदन दर्द के लिए एक आयुर्वेदिक टॉनिक है। जब शरीर में दर्द और थकावट महसूस हो, कमर के निचले हिस्से और जोड़ों में लगातार दर्द रहता हो, और भूख ठीक से न लगे, तो यह उपयोगी होता है। इसका आधार दशमूल है, जो दस जड़ी-बूटियों का समूह है। इसमें उचित मात्रा में चित्रक और पुष्करमूल भी मिलाए जाते हैं। समय के साथ, यह थकान कम करता है और भूख वापस लाता है।
मुख्य तथ्य:
- सामग्री — इसमें मौजूद सभी वनस्पति सामग्रियों में मुनक्का सबसे अधिक मात्रा में उपयोग किया गया है। शतावरी, अश्वगंधा और विदरीकंद ताकत देते हैं, जबकि खदिर और मंजिष्ठा रक्त को शुद्ध करते हैं। रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता के लिए गिलोय मिलाया गया है। जटामांसी मन को शांत करती है, जिससे नींद अधिक आसानी से आती है। इसमें सौंफ, लौंग, इलायची और दालचीनी जैसे रसोई के मसाले भी हैं।
- यह एक अरिष्ट है। इसमें एक ही दवा के लिए बहुत लंबी सूची वाली 61 वनस्पति सामग्रियां शामिल हैं। इनमें से अधिकांश को पानी में उबाला जाता है, और फिर उस तरल को धैवतपुओं के साथ किण्वित होने के लिए छोड़ दिया जाता है। बाहर से कोई अल्कोहल नहीं मिलाया जाता। इसमें जो थोड़ी मात्रा में अल्कोहल होता है, वह किण्वन के दौरान अपने आप बनता है।
- लाभ — पुरुष और वृद्ध लोग भी इसे लेते हैं, खासकर जब लंबे समय तक बीमारी या तेज बुखार के बाद शरीर को ठीक होने में समय लगता है।
- संकेत — वात संबंधी समस्याओं, ऐंठन वाले दर्द, लगातार दुबला होता शरीर, खांसी, सांस लेने में परेशानी, बवासीर और सूजा हुआ, फूला हुआ पेट के लिए दिया जाता है।
- खुराक — 10 से 20 मिली, जो 2 से 4 चम्मच के बराबर है, दिन में दो बार। पीने से पहले इसे समान मात्रा में गुनगुने पानी के साथ मिलाएं।
- दुष्प्रभाव — चित्रक और पिप्पली गर्म जड़ी-बूटियां हैं, इसलिए निर्धारित मात्रा से अधिक लेने पर एसिडिटी और छाती में जलन हो सकती है। सामान्य मात्रा में अधिकांश लोगों को कोई परेशानी नहीं होती। यह बच्चे के जन्म के बाद के लिए है, उससे पहले के लिए नहीं, क्योंकि चित्रक एक ऐसी जड़ी-बूटी है जिससे गर्भवती महिलाओं को बचने की सलाह दी जाती है।
- बैद्यनाथ सूतिकभरण रस अक्सर इसके साथ प्रसव के बाद के पहले हफ्तों में दिया जाता है, खासकर जब नई माँ को हल्का बुखार भी हो।
- मूंग दाल खिचड़ी और सूप जैसे गर्म, ताज़ा पके भोजन के साथ यह टॉनिक अच्छी तरह से पचता है। ठंडे पेय और तले-भुने स्नैक्स को कुछ हफ्तों के लिए छोड़ देना बेहतर है।
