द्राक्षासव के क्या उपयोग हैं?
धूतापापेश्वर द्राक्षासव एक आयुर्वेदिक टॉनिक है, जिसे भूख बढ़ाने और कमजोर शरीर को ताकत देने के लिए बनाया गया है। यह तब उपयोगी होता है जब आपको भूख न लगे, भोजन के बाद पेट भारी लगे, पूरे दिन कमजोरी महसूस हो और चेहरा मुरझाया हुआ दिखे। मुनक्का इसका मुख्य घटक है। इसमें लौंग, जायफल, काली मिर्च और पिप्पली जैसी तेरह जड़ी-बूटियों को थोड़ी मात्रा में मिलाया जाता है। नियमित सेवन से भूख वापस आती है और त्वचा का रंग भी सुधरता है।
मुख्य तथ्य:
- सामग्री — चित्रक, चव्य और पिप्पलमूल पाचन शक्ति को मजबूत करते हैं। नागकेसर रक्तस्राव को नियंत्रित करने में मदद करता है, और गले के लिए कबाबचीनी दी गई है। दालचीनी, तेजपत्ता और छोटी इलायची गैस से राहत देते हैं। इसमें रेणुका के बीज भी मिलाए गए हैं।
- यह एक आसव है। अधिकांश आसवों को कभी उबाला नहीं जाता, लेकिन यहाँ मुनक्का को पानी में उबाला जाता है और केवल छानी हुई तरल पदार्थ को रखा जाता है। फर्मेंटेशन शुरू करने के लिए इसमें धै के फूल और पाउडर के रूप में अन्य जड़ी-बूटियाँ डाली जाती हैं। फिर इसे लगभग एक महीने तक एक बंद जार में रखा जाता है। रखे रहने के दौरान इसमें प्राकृतिक रूप से थोड़ी मात्रा में अल्कोहल बन जाता है।
- लाभ — लंबे समय तक बीमार रहने या तेज बुखार के बाद ठीक होने वाले लोगों के लिए उपयोगी है, जब छोटे-मोटे काम भी उन्हें थका देते हैं।
- संकेत — बवासीर, कब्ज के साथ गैस, खराब पाचन के कारण बार-बार होने वाले दस्त, नाक से खून आना, सामान्य त्वचा संबंधी समस्याएं, सिर और गले की समस्याएं, हीमोग्लोबिन की कमी, पीलिया और पेट के कीड़ों के लिए दिया जाता है।
- खुराक — 10 से 20 मिली, जो 2 से 4 चम्मच के बराबर है, दिन में दो बार। पीने से पहले इसे समान मात्रा में गुनगुने पानी के साथ मिलाएं।
- दुष्प्रभाव — सामान्य खुराक पर समस्याएं दुर्लभ हैं। बहुत अधिक मात्रा में लेने से मल ढीला हो सकता है और पेट खराब हो सकता है। गर्भवती और स्तनपान कराने वाली महिलाओं को आमतौर पर इससे बचना चाहिए, और छोटे बच्चों को यह केवल तभी देना चाहिए जब डॉक्टर कहें।
- जब कमजोरी खून में आयरन की कमी से होती है, तो अक्सर इसके साथ लोहासव भी लिया जाता है।
- भोजन के बीच में नाश्ता न करने की कोशिश करें, और दोपहर व रात के भोजन का समय निश्चित रखें। इस तरह आपको भोजन के समय ठीक से भूख लगेगी।
