जीरकद्यारिष्ट के क्या उपयोग हैं?
धूतापापेश्वर जीरकद्यारिष्ट एक आयुर्वेदिक टॉनिक है, जिसे कमजोर पाचन में सुधार करने और बार-बार होने वाले दस्त को नियंत्रित करने के लिए बनाया गया है। यह भोजन के तुरंत बाद पेट में ऐंठन होने, दिन में कई बार पतला मल आने और भूख बिल्कुल न लगने पर मदद करता है। इसमें सबसे अधिक मात्रा में जीरा होता है। इसके साथ सोंठ और जायफल भी मिलाए जाते हैं। नियमित रूप से लेने पर ऐंठन कम हो जाती है और भोजन ठीक से पचने लगता है।
मुख्य तथ्य:
- सामग्री — अजवाइन और लौंग गैस पर काम करते हैं। दालचीनी, तेजपत्ता और इलायची भोजन के बाद पेट को शांत करते हैं। नागरमोथा और नागकेसर दस्त को सुखाते हैं। कंकोल, जो एक काली मिर्च जैसा फल है, भी इसमें शामिल है। फर्मेंटेशन शुरू करने के लिए धतकी के फूल मिलाए जाते हैं, और गुड़ इसका आधार बनाता है।
- यह एक अरिष्ट है। जड़ी-बूटियों को पानी में तब तक उबाला जाता है जब तक गाढ़ा काढ़ा न रह जाए। एक बार ठंडा होने पर, फर्मेंटेशन शुरू करने के लिए धतकी के फूल और गुड़ मिलाए जाते हैं, साथ ही पिसे हुए मसाले भी डाले जाते हैं। फिर इसे सील कर दिया जाता है और लगभग एक महीने के लिए छोड़ दिया जाता है। उस समय इसमें अपने आप थोड़ी मात्रा में अल्कोहल बन जाती है।
- लाभ — प्रसव के बाद नई माताओं के लिए उपयोगी, जब पाचन कमजोर हो गया हो और ऐसा लगे कि कुछ भी अवशोषित नहीं हो रहा है।
- संकेत — कमजोर पाचन, दस्त, लंबे समय से चली आ रही समस्या जहां भोजन कभी ठीक से नहीं पचता, और प्रसव के बाद के रिकवरी हफ्तों के लिए दिया जाता है।
- खुराक — दिन में दो बार 10 से 20 मिली (2 से 4 चम्मच) लें, इसमें बराबर मात्रा में गुनगुना पानी मिलाकर।
- दुष्प्रभाव — सामान्य खुराक पर ज्यादा कुछ रिपोर्ट नहीं किया गया है। इससे बहुत अधिक लेने पर पेट में जलन महसूस हो सकती है। इसमें जायफल होने के कारण गर्भावस्था में इसका सेवन नहीं किया जाता, हालांकि यह प्रसव के बाद के हफ्तों के लिए है।
- हिंगवाश्ताक चूर्ण अक्सर इसके साथ दिया जाता है जब गैस और भोजन के बाद भारीपन दस्त से ज्यादा परेशान करता है।
- जब तक आप इसे ले रहे हैं, भोजन हल्का और घर का बना रखें। तैलीय और बाहर का खाना इसके अधिकांश काम को बिगाड़ देता है। टॉनिक धीरे-धीरे काम करता है, इसलिए यह तय करने से पहले कि यह आपके लिए उपयुक्त है या नहीं, कुछ हफ्तों तक इसका सेवन जारी रखें।
