पुनर्नवासव के क्या उपयोग हैं?
धूतापापेश्वर पुनर्नवासव (पुनर्नवासव) शरीर में पानी के जमाव से होने वाली सूजन को कम करने के लिए बनाई गई एक आयुर्वेदिक टॉनिक है। यह तब मदद करता है जब सुबह उठने पर चेहरा फूला हुआ दिखे, शाम तक पैरों में सूजन आ जाए और पेट में भारीपन महसूस हो। यह पुनर्नवा की जड़ से बना है। दो अन्य जड़ें, बला और पाठा, भी समान मात्रा में डाली जाती हैं। समय के साथ, अतिरिक्त पानी मूत्र के साथ बाहर निकल जाता है और सूजन धीरे-धीरे कम हो जाती है।
मुख्य तथ्य:
- सामग्री — इसके बाद गिलॉय, चित्रक, कण्टकारी और अडूसा मुख्य जड़ों की आधी मात्रा में डाले जाते हैं। चित्रक और काली मिर्च पाचन में मदद करते हैं। सांस लेने में भारीपन महसूस होने पर कण्टकारी और अडूसा छाती के लिए अच्छे होते हैं, और गिलॉय ताकत बढ़ाता है। इलायची, दालचीनी, तेजपत्ता, खुश और नागकेसर भी थोड़ी मात्रा में डाले जाते हैं।
- यह एक आसव है, इसलिए किसी भी जड़ी-बूटी को उबाला नहीं जाता। उन्हें मोटा पीसकर लगभग एक महीने तक एक बंद बर्तन में भिगोया जाता है। फर्मेंटेशन शुरू करने के लिए धतकी के फूल मिलाए जाते हैं। इस दौरान कुछ अल्कोहल अपने आप बन जाता है। बाहर से कोई अल्कोहल नहीं मिलाया जाता।
- फायदे — इसे कमजोर लीवर के लिए भी लिया जाता है। यह पित्त को आंत में ठीक से बहने में मदद करता है, और फैटी लीवर वाले लोगों को अक्सर यह दिया जाता है।
- संकेत — तली हुई तिल्ली, कम रक्त या एनीमिया, पेट के अंदर महसूस होने वाली गांठ, खुजली और सामान्य त्वचा की समस्याओं के लिए दिया जाता है। इसका उपयोग पीछे के मार्ग के पास एक छोटे से छेद के लिए भी किया जाता है जिससे लगातार मवाद रिसता रहता है।
- खुराक — 10 से 20 मिली, यानी 2 से 4 चम्मच, दिन में दो बार। पीने से पहले इसे समान मात्रा में गुनगुने पानी के साथ मिलाएं।
- दुष्प्रभाव — सामान्य खुराक पर लगभग कोई नहीं। अधिक मात्रा में लेने से पेट में जलन या दस्त हो सकते हैं। गर्भावस्था में इसका सेवन नहीं किया जाता, क्योंकि इसकी जड़ी-बूटियों में से एक चित्रक की जड़ को गर्भवती महिला के लिए असुरक्षित माना जाता है।
- कई लोग इसके साथ बैद्यनाथ पुनर्नवा मंदूर भी लेते हैं। उस गोली में पुनर्नवा के साथ लोहा भी होता है, इसलिए यह ऐसे व्यक्ति के लिए उपयुक्त है जो सूजन के साथ-साथ कमजोरी और थकान भी महसूस करता है।
- इसे लेते समय नमक कम करें। अचार, पापड़ और पैक किए गए नमकीन में बहुत नमक होता है, और नमक शरीर को पानी रोकने पर मजबूर करता है।
