धूतपापेशवर शतावरी कल्प के क्या उपयोग हैं?
धूतपापेशवर शतावरी कल्प एक आयुर्वेदिक टॉनिक है जो महिलाओं की कमजोरी दूर करता है और स्तनपान कराने वाली माताओं में दूध की मात्रा बढ़ाता है। यह प्रसव के बाद दूध की कमी होने, थोड़ा काम करने पर थकान होने और बार-बार बीमार पड़ने पर उपयोगी है। इसमें शतावरी की जड़ मुख्य रूप से काम करती है। प्रत्येक 10 ग्राम में 4 ग्राम जड़ का अर्क होता है। रोज़ सेवन करने पर यह शरीर को पोषण देता है और थकान धीरे-धीरे दूर होती है।
मुख्य तथ्य:
- यह एक कल्प है, जिसका अर्थ है कि शतावरी के अर्क को चीनी के साथ मिलाकर छोटे-छोटे मीठे दानों के रूप में सुखाया जाता है। हल्की सुगंध के लिए शतावरी कल्प के दानों में एक चुटकी बारीक इलायची पाउडर मिलाया जाता है, और यह पेट को उसके साथ लिए गए दूध को पचाने में मदद करता है। इसमें सोडियम बेंजोएट भी होता है, जो इसे खराब होने से सुरक्षित रखता है।

लाभ — शतावरी ठंडी होती है, इसलिए यह एसिडिटी और पेट में जलन की समस्या में मदद करती है। पुरुष भी इसे कम स्टैमिना और यौन कमजोरी के लिए लेते हैं।

संकेत — भारी या अनियमित मासिक धर्म, लंबे समय तक बीमारी के बाद धीमी रिकवरी और कमजोर गर्भाशय के लिए दिया जाता है।

खुराक — दिन में दो बार 5 से 10 ग्राम (1 से 2 चम्मच) लें। इसे दूध के साथ लेना सबसे अच्छा है।
- दुष्प्रभाव — सामान्य खुराक पर बहुत अधिक कुछ रिपोर्ट नहीं किया गया है। कुछ लोगों को गैस या भारी, फूला हुआ पेट होता है, खासकर तब जब उनका पाचन पहले से ही धीमा हो। शतावरी से स्पैरागस, प्याज या लहसुन से एलर्जी वाले लोगों को भी प्रतिक्रिया हो सकती है, इसलिए उन्हें इसका सेवन नहीं करना चाहिए।

दशमूलारिष्ट को अक्सर प्रसव के बाद पहले कुछ हफ्तों में पीठ दर्द को कम करने और गर्भाशय को सामान्य स्थिति में वापस लाने में मदद के लिए इसके साथ दिया जाता है।
- हमेशा सूखे चम्मच का उपयोग करें। थोड़ा सा पानी भी दानों को चिपचिपा और गांठदार बना देता है। हर उपयोग के बाद ढक्कन को कसकर बंद रखें।
